What are licensing rules?
A: 1) Our Books may not be sold below the recommended selling price listed on licence
2) Our books may not be given away free or used as a promotional gift in return for
purchasing other goods or used in any buy one, get one free offer.
3) Our publications and products may not be sold on Internet auction sites i.e. Ebay / ebids etc
4) Steve Kovarez of Magic Castle Plans retains the copyright of every book.
5) Our books may not be sold beyond the licence end date (unless another licence is purchased
enabling a continuation)
6) The licence holder may not alter the content of any of our books.
7) The licence holder may sell as many copies as they wish within the licence period
8) The licence holder may sell via PDF internet downloads
9) The licence holder may print and bind into individual plan books to sell in paper format as
many as they wish within the licence period.
10) The licence holder does not have to right to authorise the commercial rights for building &
sales.

A: No, these are strictly for commercial magic companies only, so you will need a business name to purchase. Please note that the name on your paypal account will be the one that is printed onto every single page of every single plan master file. Each page will state "Sold under licence by (your company name)" this info is locked and encrypted into every plan and cannot be changed.
